  I ate a Barbacoa bowl yesterday, and my stomach spent the next 24 hours plotting my demise. I had to make an emergency pit stop at the local library. It was dead silent in there until I sat down. 5/5 stars for the flavor, rip my dignity

  This particular Chipotle location gives you Great Food, they give you a good amount of food and they have different bottles of sauce on the side by the beverage section for you to add If you like to spice It. I live in Long Beach But every Time I'm by this Área I preffer this location. Thank you.

  I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received at your location. At approximately 9:17 PM, I visited the restaurant and was informed that there was no rice available. When the associate asked the cook whether any fresh rice could be made, he simply responded “no.” At that time, the cook was already disconnecting the grill and putting items away, despite the restaurant not closing until 11:00 PM. This can be verified through your security camera footage. It was very clear that the kitchen was being shut down nearly two hours before closing, leaving customers unable to order standard menu items. Rice is one of the most essential ingredients at Chipotle, and refusing to prepare more while the restaurant is still open is unacceptable. As a result, I wasted time and gas driving to your location only to be turned away. I then had to drive an additional 15 minutes to another restaurant that was closing at 10:00 PM. Even the staff there suggested that I submit a complaint because this level of service is unacceptable. Chipotle is known for preparing enough food to serve customers through operating hours, and there is no reasonable excuse for being out of such a basic item so early in the evening. This experience demonstrated a lack of customer care and professionalism. It appeared that the employees simply did not want to continue working or prepare additional food for customers. I strongly encourage management to address this issue and hire employees who are willing to provide proper service during posted business hours. Because of this experience, I will not recommend this location to my family or friends. The service was disappointing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I look forward to hearing what steps will be taken to address this matter.

  The food is always great at this location and the atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. I recommend you make the trip to this one highly recommend!
