  Very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered 3 sandwiches, but after leaving I realized I was only given 2. When I went back, they had trouble finding my order because no receipt was provided.What made the situation more frustrating was the way it was handled by the employee at the window, who repeatedly questioned my order instead of simply resolving the issue.Customers should always receive some form of receipt, even if it’s digital. Mistakes can happen, but without receipts it makes resolving them unnecessarily difficult. Waiting in a long line only to receive an incomplete order and poor customer service is frustrating. I hope improvements are made to both order accuracy and customer service.

  I asked for no onion, the wrapper had a sticker that said no onion, the burger had onion. A different time I ordered 4 MC griddle combos and got 4 lone McMuffins
