  Went with my family here after walking around for the pumpkin festival. When I went inside, the self-serve kiosks were packed and there was someone sitting at the register. I asked the employee if I could order with her since the self-serve was backed up and she said No, and that I would need to do the self-service machine. As I waited in line, two of what appeared to be her friends walked up and cut everyone in line to order with her at the register. Once they were done, she looked at me, gave them two drink cups, closed the register and walked away. I was so frustrated, I decided to go through the drive thru. We received the fries at the drive-thru and realized we forgot one, asked if we could quickly add and pay for the fry we left off and they told us no. We left and the fries were ice cold. Very disappointed about this biased experience.

  Ordered happy meal for my son. They had no milk available… and the fries that came were from the bottom of the fryer. Tiny burnt pieces. He was very disappointed. Nuggets seemed over cooked too. He didn’t even eat much. The Oreo McFlurry was also very soft… practically melted upon receipt as I had him try that first since there was no milk.
