I saw an employee come out of their car and walk in they got straight to work with a customer, no hand washing or sanitizer. After she took their order, she started handling food without gloves STILL WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS.They just yap while I'm still waiting to place my order. Idk what kind of coaching happens when they get reveiws like this, but clearly not much coaching.
