  Always love coming to pizza factory! The staff is always so friendly, especially Ariana! She makes sure our order is right and is great with our kids! She goes above and beyond every time we come!

  Almost gave this place a one star review but Canyon saved the day. Came here on a Thursday where they have a “buy one free one” promo. I only realised after placing my order. When I asked the young lady - she responded nonchalantly and flatly refused to honour the promo. I then checked in with Canyon and he straight up made the free pizza for me. The pizza was alright, nothing spectacular. I felt it was a little too dry/burnt. Worker hygiene could also be worked on. You don’t touch things like cash and other stuff and then proceed to knead the pizza dough bare hands without washing them.

  We visited Pizza Factory today when leaving Yosemite. It was not busy, service was good, great atmosphere. They have jenga and tic tac toe in each table plus coloring pages with crayons available for kids. At the other side they have a pool table. An arcade game room, patio with plenty of tables. ( pet friendly) Pizza was fantastic. I personally loved Factory special.

  A huge shout out to Ariana, Kelsey, James, and Canyon for helping to make our pre-wedding dinner event (of 32 people) amazing!!! The pizzas were great. The service was top notch (took some great pictures for us too!!). Thank you for making it a night to remember.

  Please try and make the cold Italian $16.00 sandwich with pizza bread, kind of like a stuffed pita bread, made fresh daily, or even for the ordered sandwich. I love the clean and fresh atmosphere, and the willingness of the employees to meet customer expectations, but today's bread (and last time a long time ago) on a 16+2 tip =18.00 meal with water was disappointing.
