    I can’t say enough good things about the employees at the Gridley Dutch Bros! They truly go above and beyond every time I come in. They remember me, always make sure I’m taken care of, and consistently make me feel welcomed and appreciated. Their kindness and customer service really stand out, and they always manage to make my day a little better. The Gridley Dutch Bros has an amazing team, and you can genuinely tell they care about their customers. I appreciate everything they do more than they probably realize! ❤️☕️

    Rude and dishonest. Also won't give out used Coffee Grounds (which is their right), abd blames it on Corporate Policy. It's not Corporate Policy (Another lie..). It's store policy.

    You go to DB for upbeat positivity and good coffee. Here you get awkward attempt at conversation consisting of hearing all about her and husband and a caramelizer so surypy sweet I threw it away at the am/pm 1/2 mile down the road. This after not understanding "hot" twice. Don't need a straw it is hot. Matbe they thoyght adding more sweet would make up for the not getting it correct a coupke times? They won't even put it in your Dutch bros Hydro Flask. So I have to dump it into the flask wasting a cup and because they didn't have a sleeve they set the cup in another cup. So wasting 2 cups. Might be the worst DB ever. Just go 2 miles and there is another DB down the road- they might get it right.
