At dawn, Noah’s bakes up a wide variety of fresh bagels ready to be topped with our signature double-whipped shmear or made into delicious breakfast sandwiches featuring cage-free eggs. We also serve a wide variety of lunch options for kids and adults alike, plus sides of sweets, hashbrowns, coffee and espresso. We offer an extensive catering menu and now you can skip the line by ordering ahead in the Noah’s mobile app.
I’ve been a customer of this location for quite some time, but my recent experience placing a phone order was extremely disappointing.
I called to place a simple order for 13 bagels while driving to a meeting. The employee who answered the phone repeatedly interrupted the order to help walk-in customers, placing me on hold several times throughout the call. Each time she returned, I had to repeat parts of my order again because she either forgot or asked me multiple times to repeat what I had said.
At one point, she put the phone down and never came back, forcing me to hang up and call again. What should have been a quick and simple order took close to 20 minutes and ultimately made me late.
When I arrived, I asked to speak with the manager. While she did apologize and discount the order, the overall interaction still felt dismissive and somewhat passive-aggressive rather than genuinely customer-focused. After I explained that I had been driving while placing the order, I was told that I “could have ordered online,” which did not feel helpful under the circumstances.
The manager also asked whether she could apply a senior discount to my order and commented that I “didn’t look 55 or older.” While this may have been intended as friendly jester, it felt awkward and unnecessary during an already frustrating interaction.
I also felt somewhat rushed through the conversation under the explanation that she “didn’t want me to be any later” to my meeting. At that point, I was hoping for a manager who would fully listen to the concern and acknowledge the poor handling of the situation rather than move the interaction along quickly.
This review is not personal toward the employee. I understand busy environments and that younger staff members are still learning. However, customers should not spend 20 minutes trying to place a straightforward order while repeatedly being put aside for other customers.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both phone-order procedures and customer service training moving forward.

This place is trash, did a mobile order. They claimed they never received it, I got charged for it and now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. What a joke, horrible customer service. Never again will I come here.

The best bagel I've had at any Noahs Bagel or any other bagel place for that matter.
Why?
Because I find it most bagel places even Noah's in Folsom they're not toasted right or they're not cooked enough and they end up being very gummy. Also most of the time they barely put any cream cheese on it this one was just absolutely perfect!
Thanks Noah's in greenbrae!
Oh and the gallery me up at the register was really nice!
