Because I find it most bagel places even Noah's in Folsom they're not toasted right or they're not cooked enough and they end up being very gummy. Also most of the time they barely put any cream cheese on it this one was just absolutely perfect! Thanks Noah's in greenbrae! Oh and the gallery me up at the register was really nice!
