  Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the manager and cashier at this Taco Bell. My order was missing items, and when I brought the mistake to the manager’s attention, she showed absolutely no accountability. Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem professionally, she was rude, sarcastic, dismissive, and continued laughing throughout the interaction as if the situation were some kind of joke. The cashier, Veronica, was just as rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even utter one word to me or acknowledge me while the situation was being handled. Basic customer service means acknowledging the customer and communicating respectfully. Her attitude and complete lack of professionalism were unacceptable. The way both employees treated me was completely disrespectful. I should not have to deal with this kind of attitude because the restaurant made a mistake on my order. A manager should be setting the example for the entire team, but unfortunately, the behavior I experienced was anything but professional. Leadership starts at the top, and this location seriously needs to do better. TACO BELL — DO BETTER. Train your managers and staff on basic customer service, accountability, communication, and RESPECT. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, especially when the mistake was made by the restaurant.

  Great place to eat during happy hour. Always well air-conditioned feels great. Sometimes service is slow because of the kiosk

  Drive thru was accessible east to oder. Staff friendly value menu was very good, I asked staff to help me pick something tasty. I got a cheesy beef and crunchy chips and lots of cheese 🧀 I will go there again.
