    Everytime i order online to pick up through drive thru and even get 5 min pass the time set. They are so lazy to get my drink. Instead i have to wait 15min and up in line. No more tip.

    Waited to give a review since it is a brand new building and the first few weeks have been hectic but I have been coming here everyday since they have been opened and I see the progress they have made day by day and now these past few days they have been on top everything drinks taste better wait times are down and the staff is very friendly and and makes me laugh very impressed by how all the new employees got up to speed and are now the best Dutch bros around! Keep it up yall I’ll be there everyday!

    LONGEST WAIT TIME!! Not worth the time at all, this is my second time going and BOTH times I’ve waited in line between 20-30 mins and its not just when I go; my family members have gone through and waited 20 mins as well! We literally have watched multiple workers doing RIDICULOUS task, sweeping the floor OUTSIDE in SANDALS, I understand that Dutchs’ whole concept is to be a relaxed environment but there are girls wearing the TINIEST shorts were you can practically see cheeks, this is a job! Their system of placing cars is HORRIBLE as well, you need to have specific instructions with the general public, multiple times have I been cut, they need experienced staff to show them how to operate correctly. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at the Rialto location; rather spend the time driving there and waiting in a more organized location than this one down the street.

    It was my first time at this location and I was kind of confused with the parking. I ended up in the drive thru even though I had ordered ahead of time to do window pickup. The employee was so sweet and brought my drinks to me (I'm sure that doesn't usually happen) and I was able to get out easily which is something that I usually am concerned with when going to a Dutch Bros. I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Also...watch out for the drive thru curb..lol It's a little too narrow and if you're not careful you will end up curbing it 😅
