    First of all, let me say this: this restaurant gets a two-star rating because the drive-thru window where you pick up your order was full of gnats. It took me a while to leave this review, and I actually forgot about it because I don't plan on returning to this location. I only came here because it's close to my house and job, but what turned me off was all the gnats at the window. Do better and do something to keep those gnats away—I've never been to a Dutch Bros where it was full of flying insects. The service was great and my iced coffee was made exactly how I asked for it, but the cleanliness of the drive-thru window is the issue. I had to close my window because I didn't want those gnats flying into my car.

    Went last weekend to grab a quick coffee and try this new location. The coffee was fine but service could use work. The girl at the window was very sweet and was doing a great job at keeping the line going but when I got to the window I noticed the worker behind her was yelling at her about a drink. I know the environment is usually loud and upbeat but this was a mean type of yelling. The girl at the window remained professional but you can tell she was uncomfortable. I wasn’t able to get names but the girl behind her doing the yelling had curly hair. Don’t know if she was a manager but if so she needs to treat her employees a lot better. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment. Left a bad first impression

    Always great service, very nice people at the windows and all of our drinks were delicious. Love this spot!

    This Dutch Bros does not make your drink when you order it. If in hurry don't come here!!! 2nd street location does just fyi. I usually order on my way home from work which takes 10 minutes. Everytime (4x so far) i order ahead i approach the window (while drive thru has 3-5 cars) and the drink is not done nor have they started it. I usually approach the window tell them my name then they click their tablet and then they eventually make the drink. Point is. If youre running and going dont come here. If you got 5 minutes then why not

    Waited to give a review since it is a brand new building and the first few weeks have been hectic but I have been coming here everyday since they have been opened and I see the progress they have made day by day and now these past few days they have been on top everything drinks taste better wait times are down and the staff is very friendly and and makes me laugh very impressed by how all the new employees got up to speed and are now the best Dutch bros around! Keep it up yall I’ll be there everyday!
