When I asked for a refund, Adriana and another employee told me they couldn’t process it because they couldn’t find my receipt due to having so many orders. I understand that it was busy, but that is not my responsibility as a customer. I paid for items I never received, and instead of helping resolve the issue, I was basically told they couldn’t do anything about it. If a customer is charged for something they didn’t receive, the store should be able to verify the transaction and make it right. I left frustrated and without the drinks I paid for. I hope management addresses this because customers should not have to pay for items they never receive.

I understand why certain items need to be locked up, but there should be enough employees available to assist customers. Several times, I’ve waited 15–20 minutes after pressing the assistance button repeatedly, and no one came. After a long day at work, it’s very frustrating to wait that long just to get one item. One time, I even left my full cart and walked out without buying anything. If items need to be locked up, please make sure employees are available to assist customers promptly.
