  Went today to buy something and a male employee was extremely rude and have us an attitude for trying to pay for our stuff . We also heard him being rude to a elderly lady . Im going back to get his name and call corporate . Thats not a good way to treat customers that have done noting to him!!!!!!

  Julissa Rodríguez was extremely rude and unprofessional. I witnessed her making employees cry in front of customers, which I found very inappropriate and uncomfortable. I also noticed her speaking negatively about employees with another front-end lead in the self-checkout area. This type of behavior is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment for both employees and customers.

  This evening (Sunday 5:45 PM) there were only 2 cashiers open- one express and one regular. It was slow going with many people in both lines. I want to thank the Manager who put his cart aside- he was shopping on his way home- opened another register and very pleasantly checked a bunch of people out, including me! He didn’t have to do that. He could have stayed in line but he was kind enough to see he was needed and took action. I appreciate his going the extra mile for the customers! Thank you for having folks like that on your team!!! Thank you to that Manager- I wish I had gotten his name!

  DEPLORABLE!!! I can only hope that the customers who are still shopping at ANY Vons or Albertsons location have yet to be informed about the unfortunate passing of a customer in their Granada Hills store on July 5, 2026, and the way the situation was handled. I've been a loyal customer at this location for over 30 years, and the gross, profit-driven decisions made by corporate leadership have prompted my decision to permanently take my business elsewhere. What's equally disturbing as the despicable, greedy decision made by corporate management is the unsympathetic, robotic, and GENERIC responses to the comments and concerns of their customers and the general public alike. At least have the heart, the courage, and the decency to offer a genuine explanation and response to the outrage, rather than just apologizing for their "recent experience." The public deserves a genuine explanation, not a calculated PR statement that merely apologizes for how people feel about YOUR greedy, indefensible decision. It is important to note that large corporations are a reflection of their executive decision-makers, not the hardworking in-store employees who are hired to serve their communities. It is unacceptable that corporate leadership placed the local supervisor in such an untenable and unfair predicament of choosing between her livelihood and basic decency and morality. Moving forward, I am choosing to go out of my way to ensure I no longer support this company in any capacity, and I sincerely hope my fellow community members will make the same choice. Furthermore, I will be taking this matter to the next level by organizing a local protest in front of the store to stand in solidarity with the family who had to endure this unspeakable tragedy. My genuine condolences to the family (victims). To Vons... SHAME SHAME SHAME!
