While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Granada Hills,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- XLXatros LegendarySep 25, 20261.0Ever since 2 or 3 months ago since they hired new people. This pollo loco has gone down Hill real Quick. The new hires that are cashiers have a horrible attitude! The customer service has be really Horrible! The food still is great! The new cashier are always gossiping about the costumers all the time. God knows if they gossip about me too. I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if they do! Since they gossip and talk bad about the customers. The new guy he has a horrible attitude! Like he is on something! The blonde girl is always gossiping all the time. Man I really miss the old employees there. They gave the best and greatest customer service and the best attitude. And wouldn't gossip like this new hires. Guess I won't be coming to this pollo loco again. Hopefully they hire new employees and do a thorough background check on employees. And they should know better to gossip about people. When there is people dining in there.

- JDJames DAug 31, 20265.0Sherese is the star of the show over there. Im hopeing she's there to prepare my food because she knows how to prepare it better than everyone else there. She does a great job and is always quick on the orders
- BRBBC RooterAug 1, 20261.0$12 dollars for a tiny cup of beans and coleslaw. This place is a ripoff. Never coming back again.
- GMGary MomdzhyanJul 25, 20261.0Nasty double chicken avocado salad. Inedible garbage. The chicken is rubbery, the salsas mush , the tostada shell soggy… On top of that they messed up the order and didnt add hot sauce. Just horrible all around.
