  Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding the night shift at McDonald’s. I am a delivery driver, and today I experienced a significant delay while picking up an order. I arrived and showed the order number to the employee at the pickup area — a man with a mustache working the night shift. I am providing this description so the specific employee can be identified. The employee initially started preparing my order but repeatedly switched to other tasks and customers, leaving my order unfinished. For about 15–20 minutes, he: • kept switching to other orders, • served customers in the lobby, • and only partially returned to my order without completing it. In the end, the order appeared to be ready earlier, but it was handed to me much later, even though it could have been completed much sooner (simply sealing the bag and handing it over). These delays directly affect my work, causing late deliveries and negatively impacting my performance rating. This issue has happened more than once and is frustrating for other delivery drivers as well. I kindly ask you to: • review this employee’s performance, • evaluate the pickup process during the night shift, • and improve order handling efficiency. Thank you.

  muy mala experiencia, en las 3 hamburguesas que pedi, me pusieron solo un cuarto de la rebanada de queso en cada hamburguesa, no vuelvo a pasar a este establecimiento.
