  I ordered sofritas bowl online to go. There was no sofritas in the bowl. I had to drive back to pick up a side of sofritas. My son, who is vegetarian, also ordered a sofritas bowl. He found chicken in his pick up order.

  The store was dirty, and the person preparing our food seemed to be doing their own thing rather than following the menu or listening to the customer. I asked for double meat, and they ignored my request. I also asked for double lettuce, and again, I was ignored. When I asked a second time, the employee made a face as if I was inconveniencing them. They were also extremely stingy with the portions. Initially, I asked for the Double Protein Chicken Bowl. I’ve actually seen a poster on the counter advertising it, but the employee preparing my food didn’t even seem to know what it was or how it was supposed to be prepared. That was very disappointing. Overall, the staff appeared poorly trained, the service was not welcoming, and the portions were not what I expected. This location definitely needs better training and customer service. I was not happy with my experience at all.

  Nice “roll” chipotle! Haven’t even taken a bite and it fell apart. I asked for an empty bowl to put it in because the roll was so bad and the worker said, “we’ll have to charge you for a full bowl.”Like what??? Establishment is understaffed, and incredibly rude.

  The shift leader on 8/12 at 6:45 PM was highly aggressive in his confrontation with me as he didn’t make adjustments to my meal that I had requested politely. Instead of offering me other options as a customer, he led the conversation with a take it or leave it approach, which was unkind. I’m giving 2 stars for the food, but the attitude was uncalled for. I am not upset by the request not being met. I’m upset by the way I was treated.

  Title: Terrible management, poor food quality, and zero respect for customers ​I’ve visited this Chipotle location on Storke Rd three times recently around 9:50 PM (they close at 11:00 PM), and the service is awful. The issue isn't the brand, but the store manager and lazy staff: ​Grill shut down 1 hour early: They clean and turn off the grill a full hour before closing and refuse to cook fresh meat. Everything left on the line is cold, dried out, and sub-par. ​Unprofessional line service & empty food trays: On one visit, I waited 20 minutes in line. I ordered a steak burrito, and the worker put down my tortilla, black beans, and white rice. The steak container on the line was completely empty. This wasn't about being picky; there was literally no steak available. When the worker told the manager I wanted steak, the manager simply instructed him to say "there's no more steak" and that I could only get whatever was left on the line because they weren't going to cook anymore—over an hour before closing. As a commercial truck driver, my break time is strictly limited and I can't just park a big rig anywhere else. Having not eaten all day, I was forced to take dry meat I didn't want just to get back on the road. ​Refusing basic ingredients: They refuse to provide onions, cilantro, or jalapeños, claiming "they don't have any." Having worked at Chipotle, I know these are always stocked in the walk-in cooler for guacamole and rice. The staff is simply too lazy to go back and get them. ​Forced to-go orders: They pack your food to go even if you ask to dine in because they want to close the dining area early. ​Rude and unsanitary dining room behavior: While I was sitting down trying to eat, an employee started sweeping right under my feet, running the broom against my shoes while I was still eating. It's completely disrespectful and unsanitary—they should clean empty tables first or wait until customers finish. ​It is unacceptable that management allows this. They shut down operations early, leave trays empty, serve dried-out food, and disrespect paying customers. Avoid this location.
