- MDMark DiazMay 23, 20261.0Actually I was trying to order things since 8:00 a.m. on Friday are through the app I may say I checked back like 5 hours later it still wasn't working so I called the Albertsons store they told me I wasn't doing it right but I had previously ordered five separate times through the same app I told her that I'll just shop at Vons or Ralphs and she says go ahead then all right so I'm done with Albertsons I'll never shop there again I was totally disrespected and I'm doing it wrong know they're doing it wrong because I use the same app I've had good deliveries here and bad deliveries are not showing up at all Vons pavilion never had a problem Ralphs when I tell you to fix it or I'll shop somewhere else and the woman told me will go ahead then all right I see how they value their customers I'm done I don't care about Albertsons anymore I like them for a bit everything was smooth but when that woman said that to me I'm done I've learned a long time ago why customers quit because of the attitude and the indifference of employees as most people know the customer is always right and I was right and I was told I was wrong so done with Albertsons thank you for your service but I have many many other choices anyway done
