  We ordered 20 boneless wings and fries. When we got home, we found that the wings were undercooked, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out all day. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food and weren’t satisfied with our order. Unfortunately, it was so bad that we ended up throwing it away.

  On my 22nd birthday in November 2024, I ordered my favorite meal from Wingstop to celebrate with my best friend. Within about 30 minutes of eating, I became violently ill and had to leave my friends house immediately. On the drive home, I was already vomiting, and once I got home I spent the entire night vomiting and experiencing severe diarrhea. Even after there was nothing left in my system, I continued dry heaving for days and eventually noticed blood in my stool. The illness was severe enough that I reported it to Poison Control at the time, so leaving a review wasn’t exactly my priority. It was genuinely the worst health experience I’ve ever had. This used to be my favorite comfort food, and I haven’t been able to bring myself to eat at any Wingstop location since because the experience honestly scared me that much. I truly miss it and hope things have changed since 2024. If someone from management could reassure customers that food safety protocols have improved, it would mean a lot. ( I ordered 10 piece wing combo with all Hawaiian wings with Louisiana rub seasoning all on top (fireeee) and then the fries and drink with ranch obviously but I couldn’t get to the fries cuz …. I went for the wings first and by the time I already consumed them… all went downhill.) see attached and look at time stamp of email sent to poison control if you’re skeptical of me reaching out now. I just simply wanted wings so bad and was with a party that also wanted them. I just could not bring myself to do it and was reminded of this whole thing.

  I like eating here only when the manager is in. When she is in, she keeps the place tight - the staff stay on task, cleaning out the ONE AND ONLY trash can, wiping down tables, and refilling the ice. When she's gone, the discipline falls off noticeably: the dining area looks disgusting, the staff clown around in the kitchen, and the orders pile up.

  I asked them to make my wings crispy this is what i got raw wings. Worst location to go to never again.

  If you need your food by a certain time, set it to 30 minutes before that time. We ordered at 6:30 to be ready by 7. It’s 7:10 and they need 20 more minutes. Yikes.
