  I’ve been coming to this store for most of my life. Unfortunately, the decline in customer service and staffing has become very noticeable. There are consistently not enough employees at the checkouts in the mornings. It seems like management expects one person to handle the regular checkout while also keeping an eye on the self-checkout area. That is simply not enough coverage, and customers are left waiting while one employee is trying to do the job of several people. The checker today, Kristy, has actually been with the store for a long time, and I recognize her from all the years I’ve been coming here. The employees themselves are not the problem, and Kristy heself is one of the most friendly associates there. They are doing what they can with the staffing they are given. The problem is that there simply aren’t enough people on the floor to provide decent customer service. It’s frustrating to see a store that I’ve been coming to since I was a child decline this much. This used to feel like a well run neighborhood store, and now the lack of staffing and attention to customer service is becoming the norm. Management really needs to take a closer look at staffing levels, particularly during the morning hours. Customers shouldn’t have to stand around waiting for someone to become available, and employees shouldn’t have to constantly juggle multiple positions at once!!!! (That last one right there is why I am writing this) Longtime customers notice the difference, and unfortunately, this store is not what it used to be.

  It's clean. I just couldn't find the spicy ingredients I needed for my pineapple margarita recipe!

  Wost experience ever, had an order for pick up and my order was canceled 1 minute prior to original pickup time. Placed order again as instructed by supervisor and when I went to pick it up she denied my order because it was not the new slot time. I waited over 1 hour with customer service and nobody was willing to help me even though the order was paid for and on the counter. Extremely disappointing that this Vons is very unprofessional, never had an issue with any other location. Will cut ties with this company for any future events my family has

  If I could give zero stars I will!!!!!! The manager was super unprofessional. She canceled our order last minute almost ruin my party. Isabel was rude and unprofessional . Do not come to this Vons !!!!
