  Waited 45 minutes for them to put pepperoni under the cheese. Refused to refund so I ended up throwing it in the trash. Don’t waste your money here.

  We ordered for delivery, everything normal. After completing purchase, we got a notice that delivery was outsourced to DoorDash. Delivery time kept going up and up, finally about 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, app said it was cancelled. Only way we found out was because we kept checking ourselves, as Papa John’s made no attempt to contact us. We call them and the girl said the DoorDash driver cancelled because he got too busy, but that our pizza was at the restaurant (getting cold for the last hour) and we could come get it. What the heck? DoorDash stinks (the company, not the individuals) and we avoid it at all costs, and wouldn’t have ordered if Papa John’s had been upfront they were outsourcing to them. That’s already crappy business practice. Then DoorDash cancels and Papa John’s just cancels the order without notifying us our family wouldn’t be getting dinner. Strike two. Then the Papa John’s employee’s only response is to say we can still come pick up that old pizza, while implying it was DoorDash’s fault. Strike three. DoorDash is responsible…to Papa John’s. We didn’t order from or ask for DoorDash, we ordered through and paid Papa John’s which makes them responsible for anything that happens from then until the pizza is in our hands. We cancelled the order (had we not, we were still on the hook to pay for that undelivered pizza). After several decades of Papa John’s on maybe 1/3 of all Fridays, we will not be giving them any more of our business.

  Pizza 🍕 is fresh and customer Service is very professional.Thats all i can ask would keep coming back.

  Was just about to order CARRYOUT and was prompted to tip. Is this a new thing? If so, why don’t all fast food joints expect the same? In and out, McDs, Wendy’s, the Hat, etc. Order cancelled on grounds of greed. Do better.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered thru App. I went to pick up pizza. Order was made wrong, when I politely brought up the issue, the cashier lady had bad attitude. I asked for manager, she told me there isn't one. She never attempted to fix order. Pizza was made poorly. The place itself was unclean. The same guy in the back making pizzas was also stocking boxes of Inventory, not washing hands or using gloves in between multitasking. I observed that while waiting. Just terrible customer service. I do not recommend. I emailed and tried to reach out to management but no luck and no response.
