  I placed an order through Uber Eats from this McDonald's location and did not receive the items I paid for. Not a small oversight — the items were simply missing from my delivery entirely. What made this experience far worse was the complete lack of accountability from the store. I attempted to contact the location multiple times — both through the Uber Eats app and by calling the store directly — and received absolutely no response. No answer, no callback, no acknowledgment whatsoever. As a customer, I expect that when something goes wrong with an order, there is at least a reasonable way to reach someone and resolve the issue. That basic standard was not met here. Ignoring customer calls and messages is unacceptable, especially when a customer has already paid for food they never received. I strongly urge management to address how delivery orders are handled and how customer concerns are responded to. Until there is meaningful improvement in order accuracy and customer communication, I cannot recommend ordering from this location — whether in person or through any delivery platform.

  I understand that ORDERLY people needs a job but if you have a patience Daliah you. Need to stay home 😔 your unfriendly attitude is not appreciated. Scolding the customer is RUDE

  Great experience today. I ordered for curbside pick up. The food was fresh. BUT i had a small order issue and as soon as I let the staff know, the manager was prompt to adjust order. He was great. He solved the issue and gave amazing customer service. Restaurant was clean and nice. I'll definitely be coming back. - Carmen
