  If you want your order to be wrong come to this wingstop. I never had such an issue with a wingstop until I came here. I ordered the 8 piece meal with 4 lemon pepper and 4 mango habanero but when I received my wings they gave me 3 original hot and 4 mango habanero. I called that same night and a nice lady answered the phone and stated that I would get credit and to come back anytime. I went the next day to receive another meal with my credit. I told the cashier that the manager Viviana told me I can get credit for a meal because they gave me the wrong wings. So they give me my food and they did not even give me the whole meal and only gave me 6 wings. I gave up after that because I just did not want to deal with it anymore. Worst wingstop ever.

  Madison is an ANGEL. Good wings. Hadn't been in a wingstop for decades. Madison was patiently helping me decide my choice in wings. Got regular wings. BBQ flavor. Exceptional service from Madison. Hope that is her name. It is what printed on the receipt. Checker served me around 8 pm, Sept 18th, 2024.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. It was late and the restaurant had one hour left and all the chairs had been set up the tables, I ordered a large 10 piece wings bone in 5 mango and 5 atomic. I waited 20 minutes for it and when they handed it to me the girl that made my food repeated the order a 10 piece wings order 5 mango and 5 atomic I said yes that is correct, she had the order sealed with a huge sticker guaranteed it was correct, checked and followed health protocols. When I got home too my dissatisfaction and disappointed surprise Wing stop only gave me 8 pieces of wings and charged me full price for a large 10 piece. I still haven't gotten a refund from what they have shorted from my order and this issue remains unresolved to this day. Unbelievable...a year later....they are still A-holes....they blocked and closed the bathroom so I would not use it. (It's what racist people do when they don't like you to use their bathrooms) and the lady emphasized I'd by blocking the doors with high chairs glaring at me with disgust....it was 8:45 p.m. and they started flashing the lights so I would leave whilst they were blaring Christian music singing 'holy, holy, holy' why did I even come back to this trash of a place....and she even has the insult to nod her head as if I was oblivious to what she did. So uncomfortable, awkward and like watching a crazy person.

  Decided to get WingStop for dinner last night and got Original and Lemon Pepper. Wanted to give a shout out to Juan, who was a very friendly server! He was very respectful and just an overall good attitude
