One of their employees hit my car while my daughter was driving it and she went inside to get help. They kept ignoring her until she has to leave and told her to leave her contact information so they can file a claim on her behalf. After a week of not hearing from them, I stopped by to follow up and was told complete lies that their employee was not at fault. They didn’t follow their own procedures to handle the case. Every person I spoke with sounded less intelligent than the next. It’s like they collected an entire team of people who can’t process information and pretend things that are not actually happen. Every time I spoke with anyone I find them shockingly unintelligent and unhelpful. I would avoid this store because if you have any issue, the aggravation is beyond unbelievable. I also tried calling twice the corporate office which number is listed on the receipts and it’s actually an outsource call center out of the country with scripted people who are equality incapable and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID
