I don't see the point of having 8 cash registers if sometimes there are NO CASHIERS on duty! A whole store full of employees and often only one of them has been trained in how to operate a register. This is bad management! I refuse to do self-checkout. If I'm doing the cashier's job, I expect the cashier's pay - in the form of a discount. Also, this store has a habit of discontinuing things for years at a time and then resuming years later. Currently, it's egg salad, which they quit stocking when eggs got so expensive. Trader Joe's has egg salad again, but not Vons. In past years, it was spicy V8 and 2-liter Wild Cherry Pepsi which were mysteriously gone from the shelves. Things that any 7-11 carries. They have pita bread, but not POCKET pita bread. They have croutons, but only huge ones, not the small dice size ones.

This Vons is shady. The parking lot is sketchy, especially at night time. There’s always some riff raff going on inside. They understaff the store so checkout lines are always long, probably why most of the employees can be rude. It’s also a very small Vons. Might be ok if you need to grab something small and quick like ice for a cooler. I wouldn’t want to shop here every week.

A good store in all respects but if you're only going to have one cashier operating then I'll take my business somewhere else. Hopefully enough negative reviews let whoever's in charge know that one cashier for the whole store is rude to all parties involved, the cashier especially but the line of a dozen carts as well.

the stote is terrible and it's the worst VONS ever. What's the purpose of having 6 checkouts when only 1 of them is working?? Who is this clown managing the store? People must wait for hours to get some goods. Only ONE checkout every single day, this is ridiculous. Even on weekends they have only one cashier. And if you need to buy shampoo or something else that’s locked behind glass, don’t expect anyone to come over and help you.

To the powers that be at Los Feliz Vons. I am in an incredibly long, slow line. I'm ok, no particular hurry. But I am seeing customers leave their goods and leave. You are losing business. Open more checklanes during busy times. You have the capacity
