  If I could give 0 stars I would. This taco bell was extremely rude! We were celebrating my daughters birthday and she wanted to go to taco bell. She ordered a steak bowl. As we were leaving she realized they didn't give us a Steak Bowl. So we had to turn around and go back. My daughter went back in with the receipt and these people straight up told my daughter to look harder 😡 She came back out upset, I told her to take the bag in with the receipt and they said "oh we aren't making the steak bowls anymore." but they didn't tell us that when we ordered it?! My daughter was so upset. They put it in a burrito. Which is not the same as a bowl. I would never ever go to that Taco Bell ever again. I should of gone in myself.

  I am currently in the drive thru and it’s already been over 15 min…two cars ahead of me! It’s ridiculous! I have NEVER had to wait this long at a drive thru! Someone behind me so I can’t leave! This is ridiculous!!!

  thicker Hispanic one , was very rude with a super nasty attitude, She refused to answer our question in relation to the meals we were ordering, instead she went silent then ask is that it for our order, Also all our large fries cup was half way filled , really disappointing. 1850 W Glenoaks Blvd Glendale CA . 91201, Feb 15 , 2026 between the hours of 11am and 2pm

  Food quality not good at all..very expensive..the workers are not trained enough..they forget part of the order all the time
