My review is not directed toward this specific location, but more toward El Pollo Loco in general. The older gentleman who helped me was very kind and had a positive attitude, which I appreciated. My food was also ready quickly, so the service itself was good.

Supervisor wasn’t any better when I went all the way back for my items. Seriously went downhill, I used to love this place
