- TRThalia RodriguezJun 6, 20261.0After a super disappointing experience at the Los Feliz location, I came to the Glendale location at around 8:27 on 6/5.This one at least had a decently stocked selection, but the staff is terrible and the place is a complete mess. Food all over the bar where they put together your food. A piece of lettuce from my bowl fell on the counter and the team member put it back on my bowl…. I think that’s against sanitation practices. The cashier was completely clueless. The girl that refilled the agua Fresca spilled everywhere and got the napkins all wet, she didn’t care to clean it up. She then went for a second time and spilled agua Fresca all over the counter.

The male employee on the line told me they were told to lie to customers because if one person noticed everyone would want it and they’d run out. Crazy to prioritize delivery customers. On top of that neither the line employee or the delivery employee knew how to wrap a burrito. Not sure what happened this location used to be decent.
