⭐ 1/5 We had an unbelievably bad experience here. I normally order Buffalitos without chicken, but our server told me they no longer have them and commented that it "must have been a long time ago" because she'd worked there for a while and didn't even know what they were. Okay, no problem. I ordered the street tacos instead, with no chicken, extra of the other toppings, and added cheese. When my food came out, I was shocked. I was served tortillas with basically just cheese on them — for around $17. When I asked where all of the toppings were, THAT was when I was told there was a recall on the pico de gallo and they weren't serving it. Nobody mentioned this when I ordered. Had I been told that beforehand, obviously I would not have ordered tacos without chicken when the other main toppings weren't available. I told the server I didn't want them. I almost never send food back, but I wasn't paying $17 for tortillas with cheese. Her attitude immediately changed, and she rather abruptly asked if I wanted something else. I looked at the menu, but there really wasn't another vegetarian option I wanted. Meanwhile, my husband's food arrived, his beer didn't arrive until roughly 10 minutes into the meal, we had no silverware or napkins, and I still had nothing to eat. At that point we'd had enough. We said we'd pay for the beer and asked them to take the food back. Instead of simply taking care of it, the manager came over and immediately made the situation confrontational. She repeatedly questioned my husband about whether he had eaten any of his food, even though it was sitting there visibly untouched. She then accused him of being rude and threatened to "86" us. He responded that was fine because we don't live here anyway. Her response was, "I can tell because you're so rude." Seriously? We weren't asking for free food. We weren't trying to get something comped. My husband's food hadn't been eaten, my order wasn't something I could reasonably eat as served, and we were prepared to pay for the beer we had received. We simply wanted to leave. If an ingredient isn't available, tell the customer BEFORE making the order — especially when that customer has already removed the main protein from the dish. And when a customer decides they don't want an order under those circumstances, a manager should be trying to resolve the situation, not interrogating them over untouched food, threatening to ban them, and making snide comments because they're visiting from out of town. We've eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings plenty of times elsewhere and have never experienced anything like this.

Have had mixed experiences at other locations but decided to check this place out. Took awhile for someone to seat me but the rest of the service was awesome. Had planned on using a reward for free 6 wings with purchase of 6 but Kenverly, my server, pointed out the lunch special. You get 10 wings, fries, and a fountain drink for $14. Couldn't pass up that deal. I chose the parmesan garlic and buffalo ranch sauces. Food was delivered quickly. Fries could have been hotter but the wings were very good. Bigger than I remember from previous visits. I enjoyed the flavors I had chosen. Too full for dessert but the pan cookie looked delicious. Maybe next time.

I usually love coming here . Me and my 1 year old have been coming daily to watch the world cup games while my wife is at the La Fitness above. I come for the 1:00pm Sunday Brazil vs Norway game and request a booth because he gets out of his stroller and sits and plays on the soft cushion. Booths on the right side are all available but “closed now” and I explain why I need a booth. When an employee doesn’t care just doesn’t care. I won’t step foot in here again, even if they’re allowed to do this. You come here 2 weeks every day , supporting the business, I’d want some type of understanding

I had a bad experience with a server named trent. He forcefully made me leave tip knowing I wasn’t happy with his service and that’s why I didn’t. He stood right beside me as I was paying. I found that very disrespectful and was rude towards me forcing a tip out of me. Horrible server. They take long here to seat you even when there’s nobody there.
