  Ordered a Combo Pizza plus a set of "cheesy Twisted Breadsticks" or whatever they're called on the menu. Combo pizza turned out amazing (people didn't complain), but the breadsticks were criminally undercooked. I'm talking it's very clear these didn't even hit room temperature in the center. It should have been painfully visible packaging this it had been just thawed out. Not a problem, accidents happen. I call up the store and explain the situation. The gentleman immediately tells me "YEAH THEY TYPICALLY ARE MADE UNDERDONE". Based on most food safety guidelines, this is a huge red flag. Absolutely not proper food prep/cooking procedures. I explain this to the gentleman and he says in response "well PEOPLE TYPICALLY PREFER THEM UNDERDONE, you're the FIRST to complain." I've attached the picture but I have a feeling either Gilroy has some unique dietary habits OR this dude is absolutely wrong and he's going to eventually make people ill. Note in the linked picture that is NOT cheese, these things were actually under room-temp in the center (60f on a 85f day). I'm shocked this person would tell me "people prefer it this way" and that "I'm the first/only person to ever complain". Avoid this place, and if the Santa Clara County Food Inspection is reading this, please go educate them on food safety.

  Came here for the lunch buffet with my son after hearing him rave about this place for quite some time, and it did not disappoint. Dennis was incredibly kind and thoughtful — I asked if there was any way to make a veggie-based pizza, and he happily made one fresh for me during the all-you-can-eat buffet. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out to me. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was great, and it made for such a nice lunch with my son. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you again, Dennis, for being so accommodating and kind!
