After a few hours i checked to see if she got it , and she had not! They left it at the front desk with NO NAME (I definitely gave driver her name) and by the time she got it she had already been served lunch via the facility and it was cold as ice, and to top it off, there was no microwave in the building!

It’s incredibly frustrating when a business advertises a policy they have no intention of following. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customer service."
