  Never fails every time I come here I have to wait in front for my food even with the drive thru empty. What's the reason for this?

  I order DoorDash from them all the time and it’s literally 50/50 that they’ll get my order right. They constantly forget to give me some of my items or mess up the order in some way. It’s baffling to me. The order receipt is right there and they plain and simply can’t read it and put the items in the bag. A chimp could do it.

  I go to this McDonald's all the time, staff had always been friendly and good was always perfect. Tonight, 30 minutes ago, I was there ordering because I haven't eaten all day and I was hungry. When I got to the pay window, i told the cashier i was paying eith EBT. He cashier asked if that was really all I had to pay with, I embarrassingly had to say I dont make much and the EBT cutoff isn't for 10 more minutes. He started calling for his manager, and walked away to find him, leaving me baffled. When he came back, he and the manager charged me out, and I pulled to the food window. They tried to give me my strawberry banana smoothie missing about an inch and a half of it's contents. I had to bicker with the employee who tried to insist that that is how it is properly done and I was insisting they've never shorted me on the smoothie. They finally gave me a full smoothie, handed me my food bag and said have a good night. I checked my bag and my two large fries were no where in sight. I stayed at the window until they finally came back and I said my fries were missing they were in denial about me even ordering fries. I got them to give me my fries and after double checking everything was there I left. I dont know what was going on tonight but that was not good.
