  Ordered a large drink and it was 80% ice, I expect this from Starbucks but not Dutch bros very upset

  One of the worst locations I’ve been to so far! I’ve given them benefit of the doubt because my first time coming customer service was just terrible so my second time around I thought if a different employee would help me then It would be different but it was still terrible and by that I mean….their attitude, their poor customer service, the lack of communication and not to mention they all look like they hate their job. As a person I can understand things can get overwhelming with so many customers and orders but company should do better training and hire people that are okay with handling tough crowds and not to mention high demand orders since it’s the only location in South Bay at the moment. I went on Saturday around 1 and to avoid the longest drive thru line I’ve ever seen I parked and got out to do a window order I stood in line for around a little over 25mins just to be told when I got to the window that they wasn’t taking anymore orders. I understand that they had to catch up but no heads up and not to mention when I got to the window she was hiding behind the window like I couldn’t see her and she was ignoring me u till I had to great her twice! Before she choose to acknowledge me. Just to tell me that they’re not taking anymore orders. That will definitely be the last time I give this location a chance no to mention make the 45 minute drive since i don’t live in Gilroy.

  Drive thru lines are wild like in n out. Experience is a whole vibe. Very cute. Drinks are blended to perfection. Staff were happy and friendly which made it more pleasant. Closest dutch bros in our area worth the long line/wait!

  0 stars long wait time. While waiting I dont know how many people walked up for mobile orders that weren't ready,but app said they're ready! Ordered cold brew soft top barely any soft top. Just covering the top. Other dutch pros were not like this wow Gilroy!

  The best place ever! When they are busy, the lines are long, but the workers are so incredibly nice and this one worker gave me the most amazing recommendation of a passion, water blended lemonade. It is so delicious and I’m so grateful for her.
