- AAAustin Acosta4 days ago1.0There was about 10 cars in front of us in drive through when we arrived. Took 38 minutes to get through. Love Dutch Bros and have been to many elsewhere but would NOT recommend this location.
- VMVictor Manasan5 days ago2.0Online orders and walk up orders share the same line, which is completely inefficient. If you’re picking up an online order (ours required 20+ minutes), you have to wait even longer to finally pick it up… unless you cut the line.

However, their outdoor speakers were blasting music so loudly that people waiting couldn't hear their names. I asked if it could be turned down and was told no. Really??? I refuse to accept that the staff has no control over tge volume. This is strictly a pickup/drive through location. There is very little "atmosphere".

Sadly staff had over 20 drinks ready in their racks and they decided to take a redbull shot all together on shift instead of taking care of the customers (mind you lines were extremely long and all cars were patiently waiting). The drinks we ordered look extremely similar. Walaby blended vs caramalizer blended when i asked which was which nothing was labeled nor could they explain which was what. Then we ordered a chocolate muffin and they forgot to charge us for one i said i could pay for one i dont mind. The girl took very long to acknowledge us and charge us for a simple muffin. I came from hollister, but decided to give gilroy a chance. NO MORE :( definitely will be grabbing my drink in hollister moving forward. Gilroy staff needs retraining.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
