The employee, who said his name was Diego, made the process really difficult. I asked if I could redeem my rewards, and he told me it was one per vehicle. I politely asked if he could work with me since the doors were closed, but he sarcastically said I could go back around the drive-thru, and when I asked again, he ignored me. When I got to the window and asked if he was Diego, he denied it with a smirk on his face. I usually enjoy coming here, but that interaction felt disrespectful. If he doesn’t want to help customers, he shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The donuts are still delicious and they had everything I wanted except for the Artemis 2 donut (came when they stopped making them). This location is 24 hrs, a big plus. I would recommend and recommend you get the app, it let's you know when the location is making fresh donuts (when looking for a location the Hot Now is highlighted).
