  Ordered a Classic bowl from my boyfriend's Uber account. Upon the arrival I didn't check the bag immediately. Preparing to eat my food i noticed discoloration on my lettuce. Okay so I decided to remove all the lettuce! The bowl seems as if its a fist( handful) of lettuce a scoop of rice ( the rice was very old hard, as if it sat out all day. The bowl looks as if it was saturated is grease. This isn't the first time. I will not be returning to this establishment. And they had the nerve to not answer the phone. Thumbs down 👎. Their nothing but lettuce in this bowl

  Waited in line, which was no problem than I waited at the window for 10 minutes only to find out they couldn’t make me a family meal, these people are lazy this is not the first time they do it…

  This pollo loco is on my way home. They have horrible customer service. I understand that working in fast food gets hectic and demanding but why do customer service if you as the first point of contact for the establishment is going to be so mean and moody. That's not the biggest issue either. This is the 3rd time they forgot to add things I order. I always ask them to repeat my order in hopes I don't have to look through my bag and it never fails. Today they forgot the extra large mash potatoes my daughter asked for. Once I got home I realized and I been calling and it goes to an automated voicemail saying it's full.Too tired to go back and argue with these ppl. Some bullshit! If I can give them zero stars i would.

  Pesimo servicio. Fuimos en domingo mi hija y yo, desde que llegamos pregunte si ya habia servicio, porque no habia nadie en mostrador. Ellos me dijeron que si habia, pero nunca se acerco nadie a preguntar sobre nuestra orden alrededor de 10 minutos, comprendi que estaban atrasados en preparacion y hice mi orden en la pantalla, cuando mire ya no habia nadie en Cocina y mi orden ahi. Pasaron mas de 5 minutos y aparecio uno de los cocineros que en vez de atenderme se puso a regañar a otro empleado de manera muy despota delante de nosotras, el regañado fue quien nos dio los vasos de nuestra orden y la empaqueto. Al llegar a casa y abrirla el queso en quesadillas estaba frio, sin derretir, los chips muy rancios. Yo tambien trabajo en atencion al cliente y si no les gusta su trabajo busquense otro donde la gente no tengamos que ver sus caras de desagrado. Pesima experiencia.

  Absolutely awful every time! They close the dining area an hour and a half before closing time. And the don’t allow walk in pick ups even if you already purchased your orders forcing you to wait in there long narrow drive through! Terrible experience!
