  My husband and I were excited to try the new double chicken bowls. Tasted good. It looked really and hefty, but the chicken amount was not double anything. Smaller chunks spreaded on top to look hardy, but once you mix, rice & beans is the meal, chicken is lost…can’t find it🥺

  I was just there and not feeling good. I was going in to get some soup things that they’re always out of soup. I was thinking that maybe they would have chicken soup today. I went to order their quesadilla and a four piece meal. Get home there’s no tortillas asked for serranos at the window. Get home and stuff is missing. I’m already home. I called them and it goes to voicemail. Unable to get a hold of anybody.

  The restaurant was clean, the workers were very kind and seemed happy. I watched a beautiful scene unfold. During my time dining here, I noticed a particular woman at the front register greet at least two customers by name and asked about their family/ wellbeing. Another lady seated in the dining area (maybe the manager/owner) was interviewing a prospective employee over video conference. When she was done, she closed her laptop, and walked over to the front register lady, a crystal commemorative plaque and a beautiful potted orchid in hand. She then announced to all the employees that these gifts were to celebrate the front register lady’s 25 years of good work! They gave her an applause. I happened to be there to see it. Was nice to see. Oh yeah, food was pretty good too. Ordering at the kiosk was very easy. Food came out fast.

  Ordered a Classic bowl from my boyfriend's Uber account. Upon the arrival I didn't check the bag immediately. Preparing to eat my food i noticed discoloration on my lettuce. Okay so I decided to remove all the lettuce! The bowl seems as if its a fist( handful) of lettuce a scoop of rice ( the rice was very old hard, as if it sat out all day. The bowl looks as if it was saturated is grease. This isn't the first time. I will not be returning to this establishment. And they had the nerve to not answer the phone. Thumbs down 👎. Their nothing but lettuce in this bowl

  Waited in line, which was no problem than I waited at the window for 10 minutes only to find out they couldn’t make me a family meal, these people are lazy this is not the first time they do it…
