- AMAlec MaslowskyAug 7, 20262.0I’ve waited to post this review to make sure it was not a fluke. I visit many chipotle locations, eat it 3-5 times a week. This one regularly will have long lines for periods as much as 3-5 minutes where no one is being served because they are preparing pick up orders. It could be understaffing but most chipotle’s handle these as two separate production lines. They have the equipment to do so but that seems to not be being optimized properly. This seems to be a fixable operational issue that doesn’t occur at any other chipotle I visit.

I honestly didn’t know what I wanted, and they helped me figure it out while making the whole experience fun. The food was bomb too. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the grilled peppers and onions were spicy but so good. Everything tasted fresh and on point like always. Thank you Luis and Jessica for the laughs, the neighborhood vibe, and the great customer service!
