  Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at The Smoking Ribs! The food was flavorful, tender, and satisfying, with that delicious smoky taste that makes barbecue so enjoyable. The portions were generous, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a great spot in Garden Grove for BBQ lovers. Highly recommend!

  Amazing food! Juicy, perfect smoky flavor all around. Beef ribs, baby back ribs and beef brisket were excellent! The BBQ sauce adds that extra touch of flavor to all ready great food.

  Beef ribs are amazing. Looking forward to trying others. They messed up order so double check but seems like it benifited me more than them.

  Beef brisket. Possibly the best brisket top 3 for sure. Beef ribs. Possibly the best again. Top3 for sure. Short rib! Again. Top 3 for sure. ... the guy on the meats is a master smoker its no question. Id come back. The bbq sauce was perfect. Even better on the side to taste the perfection of the flavor without it. The sides for me... didnt do it. Disappointing. Mac n cheese- possibly top 10 worst. Coleslaw top 10 worst. Bbq beans i didnt open bc i struck out on the first 2 sides. Maybe the beans were good? Idk. Overall they have more options i couldve chose that were likely better. Not to say i was disappointed. Bc the meats stole the show and its called smoking ribs! The brisket was so good though i cant rave enough about that fat was rendered perfect. I ate every bite. Overall 8.5/10 Best BBQ 11/10 Beef ribs/jumbo short beef/ BRISKET A+ 11/10 MICHELIN STAR 🤣🤣🤣 The main chef was A1 great service. 10/10 Front cashier was good. Environment couldve been a little better but its smoked meats you come for and i ordered togo anyways. Plenty of seating. If bbq smoked meats is your thing. Must try.
