  This happened at 6:10pm 5/13/2026 I keep on hoping that this place here will change and do us better especially because I live in the same community but they don't I keep on falling for it and this place keeps on burning us horrible Manager here, I asked for extra cheese on my tacos I tried telling her no this is not right and she said "I made the tacos myself and that is extra cheese" she argued me and gave me the tacos like that and tacos are not even hot, this place man im serious the owners need to check this people they are probably taking the cheese home and burning the customers, please learn from the taco bell next to Home Depot on Garden grove near Euclid, I will drive extra 3 miles because their food is excellent nice and hot when you ask for extra cheese they actually give you the right amount especially because you paid for so you should get it, I will never ever ever ever return to this toxic place I can't believe I spent $30 bucks here never again....

  The Staff is great! Friendly and helpful especially if the tablet kiosk can be confusing for older folk. The food is prepped to order, I have seen the staff wipe down tables and collect trays as soon as they are able provided the drive through is not too busy. The food is hot and the toppings are fresh and from my pov (My friend and I were sitting in clear view of the food prep line) they are rotating their food prep station properly. I only noticed because when I worked at a [redacted] chicken restaurant we too had to make sure our food had the proper timestamps and that it was fresh and ready for customer consumption. Will come again! Happy hour is when its busiest but the team looked like they were balancing out both drive through and lobby

  I hardly ever come to this location because the few times I've been is always a bad experience. I decided okay let's give it another try is been a while since I've been here. I ordered the #2 and I said "3 tacos supreme w a Pepsi light ice". I also ordered a #3 "NO SALSA" on the side I ordered a chicken quesadilla "no salsa" and a Gordita crunch. I was VERY CLEAR in what I ordered. She asked if the order was correct on the screen, I repeated NO SALSA ON THE QUESADILLAS! And Taco Supreme! Correcting what was on the screen! Well guess what?! They got my order wrong! Oh and when I went back to tell them, they blamed it all on me, with an attitude, she reminded me of Sabrina from Madea family reunion movie. RUDE , argumentative, no customer service, and she was the manager! OMG I wanted to punch her! NEVER AGAIN. And I wasn't rude or gave her an attitude I am a very nice kind person. But that manager needs an attitude adjustment asap!!!!

  I got some bean and cheese burritos the were hot just like I like them,I haven't been in a fast food restaurant i was surprised 😅 I had to order by myself in a big screen, waooo, was a quiet and nice atmosphere considering the location ,the stuff very polite and helpful. Thank you guys
