    The service from the woman working the night shift was terrible. My family and I went in to eat, and she was very sarcastic in her responses. My 5-year-old daughter needed to use the restroom, and she denied her access—I found this completely unacceptable. They really ought to provide better customer service and be more polite, since people aren't coming in to ask for free…

    I wish I could give 0 stars. The first time I went here was 30min after they opened, and they were already low on cookies. They didn't even have the footlong chocolate chip cookie as advertised, and the guy showed me a different footlong cookie, and it was a lot thinner than in the official photos online. All the remaining normal cookies were different sizes, and he chose to give me the smaller ones of each cookie I ordered. I went again for the second time today and I placed an online order with a deal for 2 footlong sandwiches for $6.99 each, and then I go in and the same guy as I saw last time gives me a sandwich that's completely not what I ordered. He refused to switch it out and make a new one and also refused to give a refund and told me to call customer service. Worst customer service I've seen in a while. Never want to come back.
