  Vickie was super helpful and kind when I came into make it to-go order. By the time my food was ready, I decided to stay and eat. While I was eating Sergio was working the register when two elderly non-english speaking women came in.. they were working their way though the kiosk menu and Sergio stepped out in front of the register to be beside them and help them through the process. It was incredibly refreshing to watch an employee behave with such grace and respect towards customers, let alone elderly women, and it was heartwarming.. The food was perfect and filling everything was fresh and it was just a pleasant visit. I felt compelled to write a review because sometimes you have to shout out the good things!:)

  The chicken it's cold and dry. The place smells like Old building don't waste your time and money

  After multiple visits 6 out of 10 times when i order the 8 pcs chicken only. They give me day old chicken left over from the day before. Avoid this place and the one on Harbor blvd as well. This place being the worst! If you want fresh chicken go to the one on ball rd / Euclid.

  So I go in and all they have are those PESKY kiosks --- so I use them and then when I go to pay --- with the cash insertion machine right in front of me, there is 🚫 prompt to pay in CASH! I tell the worker and she goes, oh yeah you can't use cash on that one . . . so five (5) minutes of my like, I won't ever get back! I then tell her to just print the ticket of my order, but no she has to ask me all the questions that the DARN kiosk did! 🤬 Then when I ask for an extra Creamy Cilantro, she tells me it costs EXTRA! 🤯 So I pay 10+ bucks for my meal and I CAN'T even get an extra sauce! And I 🤎 the chicken tostada but in has shrunk drastically over the years --- the tortilla bowl got shorter and now they don't even fill it up to the top. All it is filled with is rice, beans lettuce, a small dollop of sour creme and (get this) six (6) pieces of chicken for over 10 dollars! Not worth it. At least fill it to the top with a good heaping of lettuce, please! 🙏🏼 Cue the photo now . . .
