Then, less than an hour later - same email requesting the same info. I submitted it a second time. Then, less than an hour later - a third email asking, again, for the very same information I already provided twice before. Wow, they really don't seem to have their act together there at EPL. If they can't even handle a negative review competently, makes me wonder how they handle food. Downgraded from 2 to 1 star for the continued frustrating experience. Edit: I did what was suggested in the reply and contacted them at the address provided to "make this right" and "rectify the issue". No response. So, their reply was simply to make it appear to everyone else that reads the review that they actually care about customer satisfaction. Clearly they don't. I've been to this location a few times now. The first time was good. Decent amount of chicken, good balance of beans and rice, etc. Each subsequent experience has been disappointing. Either the chicken is all gristle and fat, or like this time, the bowl is almost all rice. I think I'll have to pass on this location in the future. The picture is the rice in the bowl after all of the chicken, beans, salsa, onions and cilantro are gone. Notice, the bowl is still nearly 90% full - just rice. I threw almost all of the remaining rice away.
