⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m leaving this review as constructive criticism, because my goal isn’t to make anyone feel bad—it’s to hopefully help improve the experience for the next customer. That said… my coffee and I had a journey. 😂 As mentioned in previous reviews, orders are placed through kiosks. Personally, I have no issue with this. I can read, I can operate a tablet, and I’m perfectly capable of ordering my own coffee. 😂 Unfortunately, one of the two kiosks was out of order, which created a line and a chorus of “back in the good old days” commentary behind me. Insert eye roll here. 😂 But hey—evolution isn’t inherently bad. If we’re going to move toward technology, I’m all for it. We just need the technology to actually be available. Having both kiosks functioning would probably go a long way toward making the transition feel less like an episode of Survivor: Dunkin’ Edition. The bigger issue was my coffee. I ordered a coffee with pumpkin swirl because, obviously, it is pumpkin season and I have chosen to participate. 🎃☕️ I got back upstairs to my room at Great Wolf Lodge, took a hopeful sip, and was greeted by the unmistakable flavor profile of… coffee and oat milk. 😭 No pumpkin. Not even a pumpkin-adjacent whisper. Okay. NBD. Mistakes happen! I went back downstairs and asked if they could correct it. The person at the counter offered me a little shot cup of pumpkin swirl and said, “You already drank some of it, right?” I said yes, took the pumpkin swirl, and added it myself. And honestly, this is partly on me—I was deep in my people-pleasing era and didn’t push back. 😂 But from a customer-service standpoint, I do think the better solution would have been to simply remake the coffee. If an order is missing an ingredient—especially something as central to the order as the flavoring—the customer should ideally receive a fresh, hot replacement made correctly, rather than being handed the missing ingredient and asked to perform the repair themselves. Again, I completely understand that mistakes happen. I’m not expecting perfection. What makes the difference is how the mistake is handled afterward. I paid for a pumpkin coffee. I wanted a pumpkin coffee. I was willing to walk back downstairs to get the pumpkin coffee. 😂 I just would have preferred to walk back upstairs with a fresh, hot, correctly made pumpkin coffee instead of a lukewarm DIY pumpkin-coffee science experiment. 😭🎃 Hopefully this feedback is helpful to the team. Fix the second kiosk, and when an order is made incorrectly, consider simply remaking it. Those small choices can turn a frustrating interaction into a really positive customer-service experience. And for the record: I still support technological advancement. I just also support pumpkin swirl. 😂🎃☕️

I didn’t order anything because this particular Dunkin’ Donuts does not honor anything on the app. It is located inside the great Wolf Lodge and it’s owned by the great Wolf Lodge so they do not take any Mobil app orders. What a bummer. When driving to locate it you will not see a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s inside the hotel. You have to drive up park and walk inside not recommended. That’s why I gave one star cause there’s nothing on that that says anything on Google Maps just saying.

We went to get doughnut and use the restroom after long ride going home. Of course needing a restroom first they kinda ignored us because we were NOT ordering first (duua) we did order @ $2 a piece. They where still kind of Kurt with us. Oh well, what are you going to do.

this place is so horrible. I used the machine to do an order and it went smoothly. But once i would get up to grab my food the service was HORRIBLE. They are super rude. I ordered a bagel once and they ran out of strawberry cream cheese. She was mumbling something to me and all i heard was cream cheese because her staff were talking super loud from the back. i saw she gave my regular cream cheese and i told her it was wrong and if i could have strawberry and she gave me a rude look and said “i told you we were out”. i got super upset and just walked away not wanting to argue. Then my last day there i ordered a donut for 2 dollars for me and my friend she got a chocolate one and i got jelly filled. Hers was a regular size but they gave me mini bite ones. They would not refund me. Later i started to feel sick and threw up the donut. Food poisoning. they are not fresh and i do not recommend coming here.
