Mistakes can happen, but the lack of customer service and accountability was unacceptable. I wasted my money and time, and the way the situation was handled made it even worse. Very poor experience overall.

Drove to the store and was told they can’t do anything about it and said my order is on the way and the delivery guy is backed up. That was 50 min ago! Staff is running around doing register and making pizzas. So unsanitary and guess what all phones are disconnected that is a reason why your call can’t go through. 2 other customers were behind me when I mentioned my delivery never arrived and guess what they were having the same issue. With one customer still on the line trying to call the store his phone said he was in line for 40 minutes. This is ridiculous no refund option or pizza delivered. I will give it 0 stars yet better -5 stars Update 4/30 No response via email from dominos. Went to store to speak to manager and said my refund should arrive within a day or so . No refund yet!
