  I'm very disappointed with the service at this McDonald's. I ordered a medium combo and asked for a strawberry drink without ice. Initially, it was served with ice, even though I specifically requested it. When I asked for it to be remade without ice, the staff simply removed the ice from the cup and returned the drink with much less drink in it. Furthermore, the staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I was told that if the drink was too small, I could "just add water on top." This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. The service was slow, the staff was rude, and the order wasn't filled as requested. I was left with a very unpleasant experience. I hope management will address the quality of service and the staff's attitude toward customers. The staff speaks in an irritated tone. • disrespectful attitude toward customers • order was filled sloppily • it felt like the customer was bothering the staff • poor service for a well-known chain like McDonald's • after such an experience, I don't want to go back again.

  I miss the McDonald's of yesteryear with its c/s with a smile--something a screen can't give you!

  Karen in pink jacket driving a white ford explorer yelled at the manager for no reason. Manager Jose took it like a champ, stayed stayed calm, professional, nice and understanding. Outstanding customer service!
