    I come here usually once or twice a week and the employees are always very nice. Especially Cecilio he is the best worker ive ever seen!

    I just wanted to drop a review to say how awesome Cecilio is! Every time I visit this Subway, he goes above and beyond. Not only does he make a perfect sandwich (he doesn’t skim on the toppings and actually wraps it neatly), but his customer service is top-notch.

    I have been coming years to this subway. All of sudden I have to order thru the kiosk I hated it. I wanted to see how my sandwich was being made. And the end result my sandwich wasn’t made like how I ordered it thru the kiosk. My mother walked out the other day because she is older and didn’t know how to use it. Bring back the customer interaction and the use of the counter.

    I come to this Subway regularly since I live right down the street, and I’ve generally had positive experiences here. Unfortunately, my visit today around 5:50 PM was very disappointing. My boyfriend and I initially tried ordering through the self-service kiosk, but it wouldn’t allow us to customize our sandwiches the way we wanted, including adding extra protein and making certain modifications. Since we couldn’t place the order we wanted, we walked up to the counter to order directly. At the time, we were the only customers in the store. The employee looked at us and asked if we could order at the kiosk. We explained that we had already tried but couldn’t make the changes we wanted. She then looked at us again and asked, “Well, can’t you order at the kiosk?” a second time. My boyfriend and I literally looked at each other in disbelief because we had just explained why the kiosk wasn’t working for our order. The interaction felt dismissive and came across as though she simply didn’t want to take our order. Considering taking orders and helping customers customize their sandwiches is a basic part of the Subway experience, it was frustrating to feel like we were being pushed away from the counter when there was nobody else in the store. After that, she reluctantly put on gloves and started making our sandwiches, but her attitude remained unpleasant. She repeatedly responded with short comments like “okay” and “what else?” in an impatient tone that made us feel rushed and unwelcome. On top of that, the meat portions seemed noticeably smaller than what I’ve received during previous visits. I’ve never seen this employee before, and this was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had at this location. As someone who visits this Subway often, I hope management addresses these issues because customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing an employee simply by ordering at the counter.
