- KKKApr 19, 20261.0Went in on a January afternoon and it was extremely hot. Ordered a sandwich and proceeded to get food poisoning. When I came back as they told me over the phone for a refund, one female worker initially offered me a sandwich (which I obviously declined) and later on when she brought in the manager who served me the original sandwich he became extremely defensive about giving me a refund and said I was making an accusation. Terrible and contradictory service wrapped in a sweltering box

She ordered Xtra lettuce tomato & banana peppers for our sandwiches but when they arrived they were barely basic toppings. She drove over to get a refund but they said no. When she explained why the employee told her she got a sub free so he wasn't going to give more free toppings. Then he said if she had paid full price he would've made it the way she wanted.
