  The slowest place in town. Not all Panera’s, just this one on Harbor here in Fullerton. You can see them through the drive-thru get my daughters Mac n cheese ready. Then it sat there while she chit chatted with her co-workers while my daughter and I watched. Literally 5 minutes later she grabs the bag, comes over to the window , hands us the bag and closes the window. My daughter and I kind of laughed like what the heck?! Every single time I’ve gone through their drive-thru they take FOREVER and not friendly at all. I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep going back! lol Hoping to learn my lesson this time

  Great place to meet up with people and do work. My only complaint is that it's always freezing cold.

  I order Ah Beef chicken fronteaga they only put chicken I goo and ask politely to >Jonathan he was rude and offensive plus they didn't re made my Sandwich Carla > was also not professional at all didn't fix the matter or be kidness or professional with clients and only gave me a refund instead of fixing the issue NOB BUENO RUDE EMPLOYEES

  Food: equivalent to high-school brown box lunch at a high price. Service: No complaint really since there really wasn't any service. Atmosphere: Not very clean. I really needed to use the restroom but the path leading to the restroom was dirty so I knew there'd be no reason to enter. I won't return. Management, please don't send the templated message about how you're going to resolve the issue, because we all know you're going to continue as is. Maybe customers have lowered their standards so low that they'll return. Otherwise, maybe this business too will be closing down. I'm sure you'll find someone to blame, but look at your business and ask yourself "do I enjoy spending $20 for a sandwich that included lots of greens, almost no chicken salad, cup soup, and bottled water?
