  I went with my family to McDonald's drive thru, cleary sign stated their was 3$ mcvalue, deal they were having. The sign stated that there was still the mcvalue deal. I even checked Via the app, but the employee on the teleprompter, sounds confused and stated, "uuhh i don't understand what your saying". multiple times on the teleprompter. With one of my relatives, who said can I the mcvalue deal, for 4 pc chicken nuggets & double cheese burger & a side of coke of cola. The dude on the prompter, still acted dismissive, stating I don't know what you're saying multiple times, later on, he said uuhhh sorry we don't have that? ? We then proceeded to exit and leave the drive thru!!! I don't like to leave bad reviews? But yk what hope this guy next time, takes his time & ask if some assistance, if he needs help understanding questions or deals they're offering. Instead of the cold rude tone. Next time, please train your staff better on all the promo deals you're compay offers!

  Yo siempre prefiero comprar comida en Drive THRU Y después como y bebo adentro porque no me gusta usar al Kiosk. Pero hoy, yo descubrí que cerraron temprano adentro como 40 minutos temprano!

  Well to begin when you arrived the staff at the drive thru rush you , and did not give you time to think and get mad when you ask for a bit more time, the at the first window the guy who ask for payment gets mad because we did not provide the app code at the drive tru system. We don't even know we had the app.

  Went through Drive through. Paid $41.19 receipt Order 34 at 3:13pm. They forgot to give me the kids hamburger meal. Had to park and go back in. Finally got home and some of the items ordered were STILL NOT THERE. Paid for things we didnt get. Plus I asked Three [3] three separate times for BBQ. It was even on the receipt. We were given sweet n sour. I can say that this McDonalds Consistently screws up orders.
