  To the manager Valerie and her staff, I just want to say, I don’t know if it’s the time when I stop by or what it is, but I have been getting the best food ever when it comes to pollo loco, thank you guys. Good food, good service.

  Solemos comprar el pollo asado por el sabor y calidad no comemos con frecuencia pero nos gusta y este restaurant esta bien exepto por la espera y la hostilidad del manager te atiende cuando le da su gana y los empleados igual de mala gana te dan todo y te ayuda de igual manera molestos, que culpa tengo de no saber usar la computadora para ordenar, no regreso ahi.

  This was one of the worst experiences I've had at an El Pollo Loco. If I could, I wouldn't give this place any stars. The service was terrible from start to finish. I arrived before several other customers, yet I watched multiple people who came in after me receive their food first while I continued waiting. The atmosphere was also very uncomfortable. I felt unwelcome during my visit and couldn't shake the feeling that I was being treated differently. Staff and customers seemed to be staring at me, which made the experience even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, I had my entire order clearly written on a Post-it note. The employee, Ashley, took the note and used it to place my order, yet my order was still messed up. When a customer provides the order in writing, there should be very little room for mistakes. The food quality was just as disappointing as the service. The chicken was so rubbery and overcooked that my coworkers and I couldn't even finish our meal. We ended up wasting food because it simply wasn't enjoyable to eat. Management seriously needs to look into what is going on at this location. The long wait times, order inaccuracies, poor food quality, and overall customer experience reflect badly on the restaurant. Customers should be treated with respect, receive the correct order, and be served food that meets BASIC quality standards. Between the excessive wait, incorrect order, poor food quality, and uncomfortable experience, this visit was a complete disappointment. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for good service or quality food. What a nightmare!!
