They are always out of ingredients & unwilling to cook & prep food even an hour before closing. The workers gave me some lame excuse, be honest, you don't want to cook more food & have to clean. Really bad service, food is okay when they actually have the ingredients. Also if I order a lemonade at 9:40pm on the app & come to pick it up with my order, why are all the lemonade machines put away & cleaned & emptied? You guys have over an hour until closing. They offer me a bottle lemonade after I said something but like they completely miss the point? I contacted customer support because the food is expensive & why am I paying so much for such a bad experience? I feel like this location just doesn't care & wants to leave early. Also the Togo food area was disgusting.

What bothers me is that they only fill one of the compartments with rice, instead of filling the second compartment with more rice. And since the special instructions option is turned off, I can’t even request extra rice. It would be nice if they could fill both compartments with rice, especially when no other side is selected.
