After my order was already made, I stood at the register for a few minutes while the employee ignored the line and focused on other things behind the counter. When he finally rang me up, he told me there would be an extra charge for sour cream—even though I didn’t request it as a separate item and it’s not listed anywhere as an extra charge on the menu. There was no clear explanation, no signage, and no option for it as a paid add-on. It felt like a random, made-up charge added at checkout. That kind of inconsistency makes it hard to trust what you’re being charged for. Between the wait time, lack of attention, and questionable pricing, this was a poor experience overall. Management should take a closer look at how employees are handling orders and charges.

I stood there watching as they filled in-person orders. Why was I standing there? Second but more critical issue: I arrived a little early to pick up my order. I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes over my pick up time and 3-4 min of it was because the staff didn’t put out my bag like they did with the order just before mine. Why would this annoy me? They were not busy. One of the employees even asked to take my order when I first arrived and I replied that I was waiting for my online order. So, hungry kids after practice noticed they were able to polish off the entire meal, unlike previous orders. So, food quality was good. But there’s something going on with this location if they are getting such a low average rating.
