  Ordered online in the restaurant because the line was very long and not moving. They gave us a bowl about 25% full and left off the 3 sauces we paid for. They did fix the bowl but it was inedible. The lentils were crunchy and the veggies mush. They said they would refund as we brought the food back but then told us we had to get our refund through the app yet it was not working even with the managers assistance. Their attitude was literally oh well, nothing we can do. Really? Exceptionally poor customer service and attitude.

  I had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly. I especially want to shout out Aileen and Solavi for their amazing service. They were both friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was just right. Their positive attitude made the visit even better. I would definitely come back again!

  Very friendly! Compared to other locations around Orange County, this place has a very good atmosphere and mood. Mateo is very helpful and was very kind. If you're looking for a good bowl place near Cal State Fullerton, hit this spot up!!

  i come here every day after my long shift, and i can’t stop. first and foremost, the workers at cava make me feel seen, heard, and understood. solavi and aileen are especially the sweetest, most thoughtful workers i’ve interacted with at a restaurant. during my first visit, i felt lost—completely unsure of what to order, trembling in fear and intimidation at the sight of the wide selection cava offers. “how would i even know what to order?” i thought to myself. before i could utter a helpless cry, solavi validated my concerns; before i knew it, my frustration and confusion subsided, transforming into a genuine curiosity for her insight and expertise. i followed exactly solavi’s suggestions for my selections and curated the most scrumptious, toe-curling bowl of goodness know to my 21-year-old vietnamese tongue. solavi’s boss, if you’re reading this, solavi has done a phenomenal job representing the core values that cava aims to uphold: curiosity through an informational introduction of the vast array of ingredients, mentorship by way of insightful advice, and community building through pure conversation, shared smiles, and countless cava visits to come.

  I was generously treated by the restaurant in exchange for my honest review. I really enjoyed how patient and helpful the staff were! It was my first time here. The interior is spacious yet compact with ample room for movement of incoming customers and sitting customers. The floor to ceiling glass walls added a very open feel to the bright yellow color scheme inside. The food looks and tastes really fresh too. When ordering, I received freshly cooked falafel that was quickly brought out. The saffron rice is fragrant and light, while the super greens add a refreshing crunch to the base. The staff’s recommendations on what items I should pick were delicious. I especially liked the red hummus and hot harissa dips. The lime and yogurt sauces were delicious to top off everything. I chose chicken and falafel as my proteins. I preferred the chicken over the falafel, but the falafel crunch was great. The onion pita chips were crispy yet not too hard. They’re a lot like the pita crisps except slightly softer inside. The blueberry lemonade was lightly sweetened, not offensively sweet.
