  I want to give a positive review for a young man named Bringham. He helped me at the cash register how to use the digital coupons so I could save money. I could’ve been one of those annoying customers but he was kind, fast and smiling throughout the whole checkout. He’s just a good person!

  This Albertsons always has what I need and the pharmacy is convenient and very fast, giving you the option to pay ahead on the app. The app has a lot of coupon opportunities but can be weildy to sift through. The bonus points are necessary if you want decent prices, but otherwise everything is more than I'd like to pay, to put it mildly. Staff is friendly and always happy to help, tho it might be because some remember me since I go so often. Still, I recommend it when you need to shop for a small family. Not specifically Albertsons, but I also appreciate the gas station nearby. Though gas prices are another story...

  My mom had a very special connection with one of your employees ,Every time I flew in from out of state to visit her she would say I want to go see the Albertsons lady. Her name is Sawsan ;The kindness she showed my mother meant more than I can fully express ,She did not just help her with groceries she made her feel seen valued and genuinely cared for. One of my favorite memories is the smile on my mom’s face when Sawsan surprised her with a bouquet of flowers on her birthday My mother talked about that moment over and over again. Sawsan consistently provides exceptional customer service She is attentive patient and goes above and beyond to create genuine connections with customers the kind that make people return not only for groceries but for the way they are treated and remembered. My mother recently passed away and I will not be returning to California ,Before leaving I wanted your store to know the impact this one employee had on her life. Employees like Sawsan represent the very best of customer service and the very best of what your company stands for. I wanted to share my mother’s photo because she was always treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care in this store. Over time, she formed a special friendship there, and those moments meant more to our family than words can express.
