  My mom had a very special connection with one of your employees ,Every time I flew in from out of state to visit her she would say I want to go see the Albertsons lady. Her name is Sawsan ;The kindness she showed my mother meant more than I can fully express ,She did not just help her with groceries she made her feel seen valued and genuinely cared for. One of my favorite memories is the smile on my mom’s face when Sawsan surprised her with a bouquet of flowers on her birthday My mother talked about that moment over and over again. Sawsan consistently provides exceptional customer service She is attentive patient and goes above and beyond to create genuine connections with customers the kind that make people return not only for groceries but for the way they are treated and remembered. My mother recently passed away and I will not be returning to California ,Before leaving I wanted your store to know the impact this one employee had on her life. Employees like Sawsan represent the very best of customer service and the very best of what your company stands for. I wanted to share my mother’s photo because she was always treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care in this store. Over time, she formed a special friendship there, and those moments meant more to our family than words can express.

  This place is incredibly racist towards Asians. Yesterday, an Asian woman and her baby were in the self checkout line. A female African American employee gave her the cold shoulder while offering bags to every non-Asian customer. When the Asian customer asked for help, the employee was short and rude. When the Asian woman with her baby asked for a bag, the African American employee handed the bag to her with a disgusted look, did not say a word, and then went on to kindly ask every non-Asian customer if they wanted a bag. The Asian woman and baby live in Irvine so they were shocked, but I’m not, it’s the Fullerton Albertsons, it’s very low class here. I’ve seen and experienced too many instances like this at this particular Albertsons. Enough is enough. Get over it, Asian discrimination is so 2020. Response to Albertsons’ comment: I spoke with Anthony the bookkeeper for this particular Albertsons. I left the number to our office for a call back as there have now been multiple Asian attorneys that have been discriminated against at this Albertsons. Assistant Director, Stern Battle, and Director, Joey Romero, did not give my office a call. Typical. Regardless, we’re moving this up the chain. Please DM me if you’ve been discriminated against at this Albertsons. My team is taking all intakes and is here to help. Don’t worry, regardless of your background or ethnicity, my office will treat you with respect and maintain professionalism. We treat every client the same. We’re not the Albertsons in Malvern, we’re licensed professionals and maintain civility. Please DM me with any acts or racism by this Albertsons.
