  Customer service sucks. They do not acknowledge the customers. And they are rude. You ask a question on how much longer and they act like they dont hesr you.

  I am a DoorDash driver and yesterday I was picking up an order. I pull up to their mic telling them the customer name, but without hearing me, there was a lady who talked. Very rude to me I had one more customer name so I thought I just tell them, but they just said pull up to the window. We will see you at the window in a very rude way. I was like OK and after waiting 25 minute when I went to the window, there was a black mail and I’m sorry I’m using the phrase black It’s just for a representation And he also talk way rude to me said you never told us the name and I was like the lady told me to pull up. She never gave me a chance to talk at the mic. She just told me just pull up at the window and he was like you gotta go back again and wait 25 minutes The behavior was very rude both by the lady and the person I think If they can work on that, that would be good. I want to say a lot of things, but that will end up in a lawsuit against me, but just think if you can improve improve your behavior against customers that would be nice

  Asked for sauce it even said on the receipt and I received nothing, now I gotta eat my food dry cuz employees can’t read orders correctly.

  I’m not the type of person to leave a review but I’ve been here multiple times but at 11:48 on April 10 I had like the worst experience I’ve asked for the same thing like multiple times and I still didn’t get nothing in my bag like my entire order just looks like trash like I’m not gonna lie like I love to Taco Bell but this experience was like the worst
