  CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU. They got my order wrong before they even took my money. Then I checked it and it was wrong again. They took it back, the manager came to the window, I repeated my order to him my order came I checked it and it was wrong again, partly right. I repeated I WANT THREE TACO SUPREMMES, CRUNCHY TACO SUPREMES NOT REGULAR SOFT TACOS. I handed them back and she looked like she didn't understand me. So anyway I ended up with three regular soft tacos because I got tired of watching her stand there with part of my order in her hand looking like a deer in the headlights. I motioned to her through the window to just bring it back I'll just take those. Your employees need to do better and the manager needs to learn to manage and check the order to make sure it is right when it took several attempts and still couldn't get it right. The manager was a husky/heavy set Latino man. If that helps I did not get his or her names, unfortunately

  Wish I could give it no stars the service was horrible the potatoes were so hard and dry from sitting for hours instead of making em fresh trying to run time in the drive thru they just served me nasty old food the manager had a very shitty attitude about didn’t wanna remake it but did and made more old potatoes worst Taco Bell ever don’t even waste yo money

  This was honestly one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. Nearly half the menu was “out of stock,” which makes you wonder why the place is even open. At that point, it’s not a restaurant ,it’s just a guessing game of what you might actually be able to order. People don’t come out, spend time, and burn gas just to be told most of the menu isn’t available. Either manage your inventory properly or close for the day instead of wasting customers’ time. It felt disorganized, unprepared, and honestly disrespectful to customers. Definitely not worth the visit in its current state.

  We had no one behind us in drive way and we forgot to add something but she said we had to go all the way around to order again when they could of took our order

  Besides the homeless people outside the drive through staff added green sauce to my food which I am allergic to and then blamed me even when she admitted she accidentally hit the button. The staff argued with me that there is no peppers in the green sauce which I assured them Yes, there is. I can feel it in my ears and throat. I'm having a reaction. I now have to go race home and get medication becauseItook it out of the car. I will be sick all day. The manager's reaction was sorry next time have her reed back your order. But hey, they tried to give me a coupon for a free taco that makes it all better for giving me something I'm allergic to, right?
