  Ordered at 615pm the ap said it will be ready at 622. 645 an employee brings my 2 drinks out and said he'll eb right back w the food. Another 10 min goes by I get out there is no window just a door to thier kitchen. Go back to the car hit the red button it's now 656 and ask where our food is and 1 of the 4 guys standing in the middle of the kitchen talking/on thier phones says "you haven't got your food yet?" NO!! WHO EVER IS IN CAHRGE OF SCHEDULING AND EMPLOYEE CONDUCT NEEDS TO WATCH THIER FOOTAGE.

  Went here yesterday and the service was extremely slow waited over 40 minutes for drinks only ! Management is failing these workers no training or no care for customers. I recommend trying another sonic location the drive there will still be faster then waiting here. Also whatever you order will be served after it has been sitting there for 20+ minutes so check your food.

  This location is so slow. Zero customers in stalls and zero customers in line. Took over 40 mins for my under. Email me and give me an email I’ll apply and show this location how to hustle.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Sonic Drive-In. It took over 40 minutes just to get our food, which was four snack items,but they ran out of mozzarella sticks so three which is way too long for a fast food place. By the time it finally came out, we were frustrated and the whole experience felt disorganized. If I wanted to wait this long I would’ve gone to a restaurant. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t want to wait that long again.
