  Worst experience ever with the worst food ever. The fries and tots tasted like the oil had never been changed or cleaned. My burger was cold and my drink was watered down. When I called to talk to someone, there phone number had been disconnected. My guess, they're tired of getting complaints from customers because they do not want to fix or remedy the situation. You are better off going to a sit down restaurant and spending a few more dollars to get better food and service.

  Food was OK. Not what I remember. Disappointed in the hot dog selection. Service was good once I figured out the automatic ordering system. I bit confusing. I was outside. It was very clean.

  Went in & parked. Put the order in. The lady spoke so fast, didn't understand half of what she said. Something to the affect of "put the card on the reader when the screen comes thru with the total". Never came up...sat there for about 5 minutes couldn't put the card thru or tap it.. then she rudely came on & said to put the card on the reader & told her the screen never changed. Then she said someone will come out to help you. LEFT!!!!!

  Speaker at drive thru is broke ,and sound is so low you can't hear, so my whole order was wrong ,but they did apologize and correct mistake at window, to management please fix speaker at Drive thru

  Did a mobile order through the app and placed it 6:07pm. The app estimated it would be ready at 6:11pm. Arrived at 6:20pm and proceeded to wait 40 MINUTES for 2 sonic blasts and a $7 meal deal. Asked twice where our order was and the 2 different people said that they would bring them out when they’re ready. By this point it was well past 20 minutes. Then when our food was finally brought out, the girl was not friendly. Not a sorry for the wait or even a hi! I get it it’s hot they’re busy but what’s the point of ordering ahead if it still takes 40 minutes to receive? The soda that came with the drink was watered down and the sonic blasts were melted. So that tells me everything was just sitting there for some odd reason. I wonder if the other sonics in town are the same? But unfortunately this is the closest one to where I live. Sad part is this isn’t the first time this has happened. We decided to give it another try and it happened again. And there must have been a long wait in the drive thru cause someone was yelling. Just poorly ran and managed.
